about

The second Chuzzlewit tape on Low Voltage. Cheers to Joerg Winzer from Mind the Gap who sold copies through his mailorder. The cover photo is Minneapolis from the St. Paul side of the Mississippi River. "Is There a City Outside Your Window" is the defining track of the tape, but there is some other good stuff here that never resurfaced, such as "Disquiet," which gave the tape its title and was recorded the same night as "Is There a City..." The two should probably have been the A and B side of a 7", but those days hadn't arrived yet for Chuzzlewit.
